Best Friend

The best friend is a term everyone will be familiar with. Everyone has their own definition of it. 

Here I am expressing  what I feel about it 

The definition of a best friend is a person who you value above other friends in your life, someone you have fun with, someone you trust and someone in whom you confide. 

For long phases, I never allow myself to bond with someone above a normal classmate's friendships. Or casual friendship  Because for me it was 3 years of friendship because papa was in the Army. 

So For a long phase of my life about 14 years, I had no best friend. Because I use to share everything with papa during our morning walk.

But in life, as you grow up the distance between you and your parent's increases. Secret increase. So you find someone with whom you can share your thoughts. Who  Understands your current state of mind. Some secret.

So in search of that person, I found my best friends.

My first Best Friends...

So I was 14 years old and just got transferred. New to the environment, Searching for someone who can help. But I found her easily. My father had an old friend in that place So Uncle Ji called us for dinner and I found out about her being in the Same Std. So my uncle told her to help me with School things. Holiday homework and other things. I was completely awkward. So when reached I said, papa, I am not going to Uncle's home for anything. So I asked mom get the work from her. One day she came home for something. So I was doing my school work and irritated by not getting a solution. So Mom said asked her in front of her. Awkward But What I could do was I took my book and told the question. She solved it and I said thanks and moved on. So afterwards fought with mom to put me in an awkward moment. 

Papa got me admitted to the same tuition she was going. Where I met Varun for the first time. I think I believed in equality So also had two best friends. 

I was quiet just studying and coming back. But as time passes you become comfortable with people. So I was good at mathematics. So I use to solve the problems in time and just go and sit in our self-study room. Working out RD Sharma. And after a few days, Varun joined me. We use to talk study and enjoying the extra time.

One day she approached me to help with a mathematical problem. I told her the solution and slowly She also joined my Self-study group, Our friendship started building up and I got admission to the same school but in a different class to Alia and the same class as Varun. 

On the first day of school, New World is Surrounded by new people. So searched Varun and become a bench mate. He becomes my School's go-to person. So School end  I use to go by bicycle to school and evening while I was coming back I heard my name. Saw her She Asked if I don't mind company. I said no. And we walk back home chatting about last school and my first day and tuition. It started to build a bridge of comfort. And Slowly I use to see her everywhere, School, tuition even in my society park. And I named her my official Girlfriend as everyone thought something was going on. And Varun Become my class better half you will find me with him only And such extend that Teacher prohibited us to bench mate. And if anyone needs to find me they use to Ask both of them only. And this comfort and trust made our friendship Best Friend.  

 Time waits for nothing. So my papa got transferred and it was time to give up on our friendship. But it was not that easy this time. I had given up on people, and friends a lot but never had that feeling of leaving something behind...
